Cliff began working alongside his dad, Donald Roy, in metal finishing as a high school student. He joined the RMF team full-time in 1969. He has 50+ years of experience in the industry.

Alex started with the company working summers in college. He joined RMF full time in 2001 after working for a construction products distribution company.

Emilie began working under her grandmother in the office during the summers of her high school year. After college, she moved to Florida to work as a newspaper reporter. In 1992, she moved back to SC to work for RMF as the public relations manager, wearing two hats as the safety manager also, until 1996. After having three children, she returned to work with her husband and brother, handling the safety and risk control areas for RMF.

Along with his APQP team, Adam manages new programs from RFQ, APQP, PPAP, and Safe Launch. His team is also responsible for development of new process/products based on customer requirements.

Ken has been involved with all aspects of facilities and equipment engineering and maintenance. He is the company lead on the site planning and development of the Matrix facilities.
Director of Operations
11 years – RMF, Engineering BS, West Virginia University
Dean has over 30 years of automotive manufacturing experience and over 30 years of lean manufacturing experience. He is Lean 6 sigma certified. Dean came to the Greenville area to build a plant for Alfmierer, a major Tier 1 supplier to BMW.
